Management Team

Laura Della Chiara joined Ambienta in July 2008. From 2005, until joining Ambienta, she worked with Aletti Merchant, where she developed valuable experience in financial analysis, financial modeling and valuations concerning merchant banking and advisory transactions. She worked on many renewable energy projects, including a joint venture for the production of bio-fuels and an advisory mandate for the financing of wind farms. From the end of the 2007, following the merger with Efibanca, she worked mainly on structured finance, focusing on the financing of leveraged buy-outs. She started her career as junior consultant in Prometeia Spa.

Laura holds a master degree with a major in business finance and a post graduate degree in Risk Management at the Bocconi University of Milan.
