Our group is Milan-based but able to develop business throughout the world, thanks to its global network and international footprint.
Ambienta shareholders are both Italian and international. The Advisory board is formed by 11 members counting a relevant expertise in the environmental sector, based across the world to provide the firm with a wide geographical coverage. Moreover, Ambienta SGR is among the founding investors announcing on October 26th, 2009 the formation of NewWorld Capital, LLC, which is a US private equity firm focused on investments in middle-market companies and related infrastructure projects in the environmental sector. The close cooperation with NewWorld Capital allows Ambienta to source and evaluate investment opportunities in the US market.
