AMBIENTA I - P. E. Fund (€ 217,5 mln)

The purpose of Ambienta I is providing our investors with the opportunity to invest in a high-growth and added value sector in all the branches of the environmental sector. 
 
We are targeting medium-sized companies that need growth capital, with proven technologies and experienced management.

We intend to build a portfolio of about 15 investments, with an average investment size ranging from €10 mln to €30 mln. We plan to make larger investments through the use of leverage and co-investing with our fund investors and other private equity funds.

We seek to acquire a qualified minority or majority stake in order to play a preminent role in the management of the company.

We are focused on mid-term capital appreciation and we plan to assist the companies in their growth with our general business and sector experience and extensive network of contacts.

Although we do not have geographical limitation, we expect that 80% of the investments will be made in Europe and the remaining 20% in the rest of the world.
