Damien MartyDamienMarty

Damien is a Partner in the Private Equity team and is based in Paris. He joined Ambienta in 2023.

Prior to joining Ambienta, Damien led Tikehau Capital’s pan-European Private Equity Growth strategy and covered the French PE mid-market with a sector focus on industrials, software and tech-enabled services.

He previously worked at CNIM, a European industrial engineering contractor and equipment manufacturer, where he set up the corporate M&A team. He also served as M&A and corporate development manager at Air Liquide for the Asia Pacific zone.

Damien is a graduate of ESSEC (France), where he obtained a master’s degree in strategy and international business, and of Arts et Métiers Paristech (France), where he obtained an engineering degree.

He is a native French speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish.
