Eric Hargrave joined Ambienta in 2026 as a Partner, based in London.

Prior to joining Ambienta, Eric spent 17 years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, most recently serving as Managing Director in the EMEA Private Capital team. During his tenure, he led direct investments within both the infrastructure and private equity teams. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets and in transaction advisory and audit roles at Ernst & Young and BDO.

Eric graduated with a B.Comm. (Honours) from Laurentian University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and CFA charterholder.

He is a native English speaker.
