Fabio is a Partner and Head of Sustainability & Strategy at Ambienta and is based in Milan. He joined Ambienta in 2011 and has since led the creation of the Sustainability & Strategy department and the development of Ambienta’s approach to sustainability-driven investing across asset classes.

He is a member of the Management Committee and of all asset classes Investment Committees.

Under his leadership, Sustainability & Strategy develops proprietary knowledge on environmental trends across sectors and industries to generate sustainability driven insights, investment ideas and support business due diligence effort to increase conviction over investments underwriting. Sustainability & Strategy is also responsible for maintaining and applying proprietary environmental impact methodologies and leading ESG integration programmes across asset classes.

Prior to Ambienta, Fabio was a management consultant with Value Partners where he developed experience on a wide range of sectors and industries including industrial goods, automotive, luxury goods and energy.

He holds a BSc and a MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and has an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France and Singapore).

He speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and French (proficient).
