Francesca joins Ambienta as HRBP Manager, in the HR Team based in Milan.

Prior to joining Ambienta, Francesca spent four years at Citibank as a Senior Labor Relations Partner, representing the Italian branch and working closely with teams across other countries within the wider organisation. Before joining Citibank, Francesca worked as a HR Advisor at Clifford Chance focusing on Performance Management and Talent and Development. Earlier in her career she held various HR roles at Ingram Micro, EY and Bosch.

Francesca holds a Law degree from the University of Milan and a Master's degree in HR Management from 24ORE Business School.

She speaks Italian (native) and English (fluent).
