Luca joined Ambienta in 2023 as Head of Legal and Compliance, overseeing legal, regulatory and compliance matters across the Ambienta’s asset management activities, and is based in Milan.

He previously held senior legal and compliance roles at DeA Capital S.p.A., and earlier in leading investment banks and regulated financial intermediaries. His experience includes supporting investment activity in highly regulated environments, interacting with supervisory authorities and advising senior management and boards on risk, governance and regulatory strategy.

Luca holds a Degree in Law from the Catholic University of Milan, is admitted to the Milan Bar, and completed the International Executive Management Programme at INSEAD.

He speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and German (intermediate).
