Richa joined Ambienta in 2026 as a Partner in Private Equity and is based in London.

Previously, Richa was a Managing Director at CPP Investments where she led their direct private equity investments in the technology sector in Europe. Richa led CPP’s investments in leading technology companies including Octopus Energy Group, Team.blue, Visma, IFS, Aareon, and Regnology.

Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Richa was an Investment Director in the Direct Private Equity team at CDC Group, where she led investments in companies across Asia and Africa, with a focus on the technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Richa started her career at Standard Chartered Bank where she worked across the Private Equity and Investment Banking teams in Asia and the UK.

Richa holds a BA (Honours) from Delhi University and an MBA from London Business School.
