Prior to joining Ambienta, Tomás worked in Bridgepoint's private equity team and at Agilitas Private Equity. He previously spent three years as an investment professional at BlueCompass Management Partners, where he focused on private equity investments in financial services.

Tomás holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School. Tomás speaks English (fluent), Spanish (fluent), and Portuguese (fluent).
